I never plan my meals and find that come Wednesday we’re always stuck for what to cook or we end up living off takeaways. So making a weekly meal plan is my way of avoiding that and hopefully saving us some money!
Pasta with tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise
Sausage, egg, chips and beans
Chicken curry (balti sauce) with rice
Dinner at my dad’s
Roast chicken dinner
