#TheLittleOne Tag | The Baby Behind the Blog

My children are the inspiration behind my blog, if it wasn’t for them than I probably wouldn’t even have this! I love being able to write about them and they make pretty good material to write about – even if the older two don’t like having their photo’s taken.
Anyway, I was tagged by the lovely Lianne from Mrs Mummy Harris to do this little tag post all about our little ones. I didn’t really know which baby of mine to do. I did a post with Keira not too long ago answering questions from her perspective and Zara gets a lot of screen time because she’s more co-operative. So, in the end, I decided to get some help from Joshua to do this (in between all the strops he’s been throwing).

What’s the best thing about being 20 months old?

Definitely the stropping. I have mastered how to clap my hands, really loudly, when I can’t get my own way and I like to throw all my toys around the room so that Mommy has to pick them up. It’s even better when I do it just after she’s tidied up.  I can do a lot of stuff by myself now, Mommy and Daddy let me have more independence, I like that a lot.

… And what’s the worst?

I struggle to communicate. Learning to talk is hard and sometimes I get really frustrated because I can’t tell anyone exactly what I want (or don’t want) and that makes me sad.

What’s your favourite toy?

I have lots of favourites, but I love my Toddlebike2 and the shopping trolley and the ambulance and my remote control Thomas the Tank. Oh and all my Toot Toot cars! But my absolute favourite is my little fox. He plays nice relaxing music to help me go to sleep.

What’s your favourite thing to do?

I love to sit in the washing basket and watch the tablet when Mommy is tidying up. I also really like to jump in Mommy or Daddy’s seat when they get up and hide under my blanket. We all shout “snooze you lose!”

What’s your favourite thing to wear?

I don’t really like wearing anything. I prefer being naked, especially when I get to take my nappy off (and wee on Mommy’s clean floor). But if I had to pick something to wear it would be my trainers and my Spiderman coat. When I’m wearing them, I know that I can go outside and play.

What’s your favourite song?

I love Incy Wincy Spider, Hickory Dickory Dock and The Wheels on the Bus! I dance to them and shout at Mommy and Daddy all day to sing them too me!

What’s your favourite food?

Yoghurts!! I love yogurts, and chocolate. Oh and I love a custard cream biscuit!

What’s your favourite thing to watch on TV?

I really like PJ Masks, Paw Patrol, In the Night Garden, Raa Raa the Noisy Lion and Peppa Pig. I couldn’t just pick one.

What’s your favourite book?

The Big Red Bath. We read it every night before bed! Mommy and Daddy don’t even look at the book when they’re reading it anymore, but I love it.

What makes you laugh?

Being tipped upside down and having my belly tickled. I also really laugh when Mommy plays hide and seek with me.

Who do you love, and why?

I love my Mommy and Daddy because they do everything for me! I love Keira because she plays spinning with me. I love Zara because she doesn’t take the toys off me. But most of all I love my dummy and blanket because they give me lots of comfort.
Oh bless, isn’t he a sweetheart. Throughout the whole of this he had me singing Baa Baa Black Sheep by shouting “Baa Baa” at me!!
Now, I’m not going to tag anyone because I’m pretty sure most have already been tagged and I’m a little late on the bandwagon! So if you want to do this tag then be my guest. Just tag me on Twitter so I can read your answers.
